	Venues: Southampton and Glasgow.
	Duration: This experience lasts for approx 2.5 hours.
	Availability: All year round you will be nice and snug in dry suits.
	Restrictions: Non Swimmers accepted but please inform us at safety briefing. Not suitable for pregnant women. Not suitable for those with serious back problems or heart complaints. No under 16s – under 18s must have parental consent. No upper age limit if you think you are fit enough.
	Weather: This is a weather dependent activity. It is essential that you call the weather line for a weather check between 5pm and 7pm the day before your experience is due to take place.
	Voucher Delivery: Vouchers ordered before 3pm are posted first class Royal Mail that day.
